Move the two .so files you extracted from the APK into that same ux0:data/not-a-hero folder.
Install on your Vita if you haven't already.
Open the .apk with a zip explorer and extract libChowdren.so and libAmazonGamesJni.so from the lib/armeabi-v7a folder. :
