Inspired by the success of Chinese-American tennis star Michael Chang, Louis and Jessica discover Emery has a natural talent for tennis. Hoping to secure his future wealth and status, they hire tennis legend Billie Jean King (guest starring as herself) to coach him. However, the training becomes excessively intense, leading to a "success perm" and Emery eventually realizing that while he enjoys winning, he isn't ready to sacrifice his life for the sport.
After taking career aptitude tests at school, the Huang brothers return home with mixed results. While Jessica is thrilled that Evan is destined to be Surgeon General, she is horrified that Emery's result suggests he should be a flight attendant. [S2E14] Michael Chang Fever
