"In every life, I have found you," Luka said, his voice dropping to a near-whisper. "And in every life, you have reached for me. It doesn't matter if you remember the words we spoke a thousand years ago. What matters is that you are here now."

In the world of ( Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru ), the bonds of the past often weigh heavier than the present. This original short story captures a quiet moment between Yuki and Luka at the Twilight Mansion. The Echo of a Promise Uraboku

"You’re thinking about it again," a low, melodic voice murmured. "In every life, I have found you," Luka

Yuki felt the steady beat of his own heart, calmed by Luka’s presence. The "Betrayal" that defined their history felt a world away in the silence of the garden. He closed his fingers around Luka’s, a silent acknowledgment of the bond that even death couldn't break. What matters is that you are here now

"Is it that obvious?" Yuki asked with a small, weary smile. He looked down at his hands, which possessed the "God's Light" ability to heal others by taking their pain onto himself. "I just... I see flashes sometimes. Not just of the war, but of quiet moments like this. Only, you weren't standing behind me back then. You were holding my hand."
